A summary of how Vectizy handles personal information. Everyone who signs up reads and accepts the full Privacy Policy in the app.
What we collect
Your name, email, phone number and company; what you do in Vectizy; the shipments, loads and documents you handle; and, for drivers on a trip, the phone's location.
Why
To run shipments and loads, to pay and get paid, to keep accounts secure, to meet legal and tax obligations, and to improve Vectizy.
Who sees it
The companies on a shipment see what that shipment needs. Phone numbers are masked between shippers and drivers. Service providers process data for us under contract (hosting, email, texts, payments, identity checks). We do not sell personal information.
We email account holders about their own work only, never marketing. You choose which updates you get in your notification settings.
Your choices
You can see and correct your details, choose which notices you get, and delete your account yourself in the app. Records the law requires us to keep, such as shipment and payment records, stay for as long as required.
